WALLACE DENIS BROWN

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Wally Brown on Monday, October 16, 2017, at the age of 62 years. With family by his side, Wally peacefully passed away at the Grace Hospice.

Wally was predeceased by his parents Wallace and Edith Brown (Purchase). He will be remembered and sadly missed by his spouse Shirley Langan; two sons Mathew (Melissa) Brown and Denis Brown; grandson Hayden Brown; sisters Jackie (Wilfred) Schneider, Shirley (Steve) Foster, and Ann (Julien) D’Hoore; brother Tom (Tara) Brown, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.

Wally loved to spend time with his family, especially his grandson Hayden who always brought happiness into Grandpa Wally’s world. Wally had a passion for working on classic cars and being near his pets Bowser and Cody.

Living the past several years with illness, Wally is finally at peace. The support of family and friends during this time will always be remembered and cherished.

The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to the staff at Health Sciences Centre (GA4), St. Boniface Palliative Care Unit and Grace Hospice for their heartfelt care and compassion.

In keeping with Wally’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of his life will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, October 23, 2017 at the St. James Legion, 1755 Portage Ave.
