PAULINE CHLOPECKI

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Pauline Chlopecki on Sunday, March 1st, 2020, at the age of 87.

Pauline was born on June 20th, 1932 in Foley, Manitoba.  Pauline is survived by her 6 children; Allan, Darlene, Bob (Nelia), Derrick (Laura), Laurie (Randy), Tim (Donna); Grandchildren: Tracey, Leanne, Carley, Alexis, Braedan, Randy, and Charmaine. Great Grandchildren; Kyle, Dawson, David and Chase.  Brothers and sisters; Peter, Paul (Myrtle), Mike (Nancy), Francis (John), Helen (Gerry) and many nieces and nephews.

Pauline wore many hats over the years; Mom, Aunty and Mrs.C to many.  Pauline’s main purpose in life was to help and make everyone happy.  She always made sure everyone was fed.  She loved her animals, her daily walks and feeding the birds.

The family wishes to thank the staff at Actionmarguerite and the staff at St. Boniface hospital for their compassionate care.  A special thanks to the Chaplain that looked after mom in her final moments and was a great source of support to us.  In Lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in her name to the Alzheimer’s Society of Manitoba.

A Celebration of Pauline’s life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 9, 2020 at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church, located at 737 Bannerman Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Rest in peace mom, we love you; forever in hearts.
