Dr. Kenneth Clowes

It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Dr. Kenneth Wayne Clowes on August 30, 2018.

He will be forever missed by sons Chris (Lynn), Kevin (Joanne) daughter Carmen (Leslie) and Lorraine.  He was very proud of his grandchildren and greatgrandchildren and had a special place in his heart for the Saskatchewan Clan.

The impact of his life on others was immeasurable.  Through his teaching career at the University and the fellowship of Alcoholics Anonymous, he touched countless lives..  Service was his life.

The family wish to thank the Seven Oaks Dialysis Team, Home Care, WFPS, and all those who lent a helping hand.

A Celebration of his life will be held on Friday, September 7,2018 at the First Universalist Church at 603 Wellington Crescent from 2 - 4 pm.

.

It brings us great comfort to know that he is reunited with dear brother Al, sister Bessie and parents Harry and Sally.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Bruce Oake Recovery Centre:  P.O. Box 6184 Grant Park, Winnipeg, Mb R3M 3X8 or online at

God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.

Living one day at a time;
enjoying one moment at a time;
accepting hardships as the pathway to peace;
taking, as He did, this sinful world
as it is, not as I would have it;
trusting that He will make all things right
if I surrender to His Will;
that I may be reasonably happy in this life
and supremely happy with Him
forever in the next.
Amen.
