COVID-19 Policy & Procedures
Integrity Death Care Cremation & Funeral Planning would like to assure the families we serve that we remain operational during the COVID-19 Pandemic. To ensure that we remain operational and available to the community, our team follows the recommendations as outlined by the Public Health Authority. Integrity Death Care Cremation & Funeral Planning commits to the following practices to maintain our offices as a safe space for families to visit:
-
All appointments, including paperwork pick-up, are currently by scheduled appointment only. Our policy is to only have one guest/family attend our office at a time to ensure effective sanitation between visits.
-
Our offices are sanitized between each family appointment, this includes all public surfaces such as door handles, desks, chairs, and any pens utilized by clients. This sanitation practice is followed after every visit.
-
We have suspended valet parking for the time being. Please do not pay for your parking. We still ensure parking is available and paid for on your behalf at your visit. Please discuss parking options when scheduling your appointment.
-
Our staff are required to self-screen for COVID-19 before coming to work each day; if a staff member responds “yes” to any self-screening questions, they are asked to remain out of the office for 14 days or until receiving a negative test result.

To ensure we remain a safe and operational facility, we kindly request that each guest attending our office for arrangements or pick-up of documents complete a self-screening questionnaire with the following questions prior to visiting our facility.

Have you or anyone in your household:
-
Traveled outside of the province of Manitoba in the last 14 days?
-
Been in contact in the last 14 days with someone who has confirmed positive for COVID-19?
-
Have any of the following cold/flu symptoms, including fever, sore throat, runny nose, cough, difficulty breathing, or extreme drowsiness?

If you have answered yes to any of the above questions, we kindly request that you reschedule your visit following 14 days of self isolation or request a phone/video appointment to be scheduled.
