It is with great sadness that we announce that on December 1, 2020, Anikó passed away peacefully at home. She is survived by her husband of 43 years James; daughters Nicole, Kimberly (Slava)

Yurashchuk, grandsons Maxim and Ryan Yurashchuk; sister Éva (Ken) Rawluk, brother Imre (Liz) Naphegyi, brother Bence (Ibolya) Naphegyi; sisters-in-law Linda (Jerry) Penner, Moreen Storozuk; numerous nieces and nephews/great-nieces & great-nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Imre & Ilona Naphegyi, sister Orsolya Szilágyi.

In her youth Anikó was a member of the Kapisztrán Dance Ensemble. She was actively involved in Girl Guides for over 30 years, and a member of the Trefoil Guild. She worked at Safeway for 42 years where she made many long-lasting friendships.

She will be fondly remembered by so many for her kind and gentle nature, and willingness to always lend a hand. We love her and will miss her so much.

In lieu of flowers, please feel free to make a donation to a charity of your choice.--
